The Enervit Carbo Flow sports drink is made for use before a heavy and long effort. This sports drink is an energy product based on carbohydrates and with a low-fat content. A dosage for about 200 ml of water or milk consists of 2 measuring spoons. This produces 208 kcal of energy and contains 400 mg of cocoa flavanols. These help to keep the blood vessels supple, which contributes to the normal blood circulation (at a daily intake of 200 mg cocoa flavanols).
